We are on the same level as the Whitecross Accident and Medical Clinic at 202 Ponsonby Road. If you ask for Immigration Medical Services at the main reception, they'll direct you to our rooms.
If coming by car from the city centre, we are at the intersection of Franklin Road and Ponsonby Road. Parking is available at the back of the building. Make sure that you park only in the designated Ponsonby "Accident & Medical" carparks.
If you're catching the bus, we are on the Link Bus route from the city. Get off the bus by the Kentucky Fried Chicken building. We're only a short distance from the stop.
